We’re overdue for a walk in the Hunua Ranges. Walk through pleasant forest with lookouts over
South Auckland, the Wairoa Reservoir and the Hunua Ranges. Enjoy the mighty suspension bridge…..
oh … and a few steps (but that’s tramping these days).
8.2 km, 3 – 3.5hours.
We’ll check out the Hunua store on the way home for coffee or ice creams.Meet at the Glen Eden Post Shop to carpool at 8.30am OR go straight to the Wairoa Loop Track
Carpark on Otau Rd, off Moumoukai Rd by 10.00am. Please advise the leader if you intend to head
directly to the walk start point.
