I am organizing a replacement trip for the Ngaruawahia trip we had planned for April, that got cancelled by Covid. So far, it is open to the people who booked for the original trip.
However, everyone else is welcome to meet us at 10.00 on Saturday 11 July at John’s old family farm near Ngaruawahia, The address is 1460 Waingaro Road, Glen Massey and is on a corner. Go up the drive and park outside an implement shed. It takes about 90 minutes to get there via Huntly. Cross the river here and take the back road past Pukemiro.
The farm is a mixture of rolling country and steep hill country. There are small patches of bush. It may be muddy. Time: 3-5 hours.
