Mangawhai Coastal Walkway and part Goldschmidt Panoramic Walk

The Mangawhai Coastal Walkway incorporates shoreline and clifftops and remarkable views. Both up and down the coast and to off-shore islands, from Bream Head to Coromandel including Mokohinaus and Great and Little Barrier Islands.
According to DoC, we may even see passing whales and schools of shark.
We’ll start our walk along the beach and return via the track.
Then, to the left of the big white rock, we’ll start the Goldschmidt Walk which includes 3 short/steep hills and more glorious views – Cape Rodney to the Poor Knights Islands, Mangawhai Estuary and the sand dunes.
3 – 4 hours plus food and photo breaks.
After hike refreshments in the village at Mangawhai Tavern.
