A fabulous spot in the Karangahake Gorge. Excellent opportunity to camp (very cheaply @ $6) at a very pretty location in the Waitawhetawha area. Excellent day walks and swimming holes. Road end camping, so no need to carry anything. Campervans OK. Not into camping? Accommodation options nearby or make a day trip of it.
