Meet at approximately 24 Waitaiti Drive, Riverhead at 9.15am or at Glen Eden Post Shop at 8.30am for car pooling. (Note: The leader will be going straight to the Riverhead meeting point). The walk will be a mix of gravel, some mud!, well formed track and some road walking. We will be going through recently felled areas to areas getting close to being felled. On the way you will see the entrances to tracks, some with funny, quirky names. We will have lunch at the old Forestry headquarters. The walk will be about 20 kms.
