There will be 2 full day trips on offer which have not been decided yet as there are so many options. One possibility is in the Lake Okataina area and the other is Whakarewa Forest.
Accommodation is at the Blue Lake Top 10 Holiday Park. The best options are the Kitchen Cabins and the Standard Cabins which can sleep up to 5 people in a double and 3 singles arrangement. If anybody wants self-contained accommodation, that is also available.
Kitchen Cabins are $147/night for 2 and $179 for 3. Standard Cabins are $135/night for 2 and $167/night for 3.
As Rotorua tends to fill up we are advertising this quite a way ahead and it would pay to book if you are interested in coming. We will stay overnight Sunday as well and can organise something for Monday morning, possibly a walk around the Blue Lake. We will find somewhere to eat out on Saturday night as Rotorua has plenty of options.
