Meet at 7.45am at Glen Eden Post office departing by 7.50am at the latest or meet at Puhoi Kayaks at 9am which is opposite the historic church in Puhoi. Advise leader if going directly to Puhoi.
If you have access to your own kayak, join the group at Wenderholm Regional Park at 9.30am.
Puhoi Kayaks provide buoyancy aid and a shuttle from their base at Puhoi to Wenderholm.
We will kayak up stream (with tide) towards Puhoi. This is an easy paddle and ideal for those new to kayaking.

Wear clothing that should you get wet it will dry easily and keep you warm. Sunhat/sunblock advisable. Footwear suitable for getting wet ie trainers or jandals.
Bring a change of clothing, a towel and a water bottle.
