Original plan now back on track –
Enjoy a day at Auckland’s most popular Regional Park and the coastal path north towards Okura Bay.
If wanting to go directly to the hike start, please meet by the Sir Peter Blake Marine Education Centre near the entry to Long Bay Regional Park at 9.30am.
We will walk along the beach to Vaughan Homestead, then continue north to Grannies Bay and follow the coastal track as far as we can, returning the same way. This can be quite an exposed track on a hot day, so bring plenty to drink and dress appropriately.
Approx 3.5 hrs.
