Join Dave on a classic day on the wild West Coast. Meet at Karekare car park for a 9.30am start. This is an easy walk of about 4 hours, along the beach and up the Pararaha valley as far as the Les Ward shelter. There is a rumour that there is now a new bridge across the lower Pararaha stream so no wet feet! Bring togs for a swim afterwards.
