Our August speaker is Gill Thurlow from Community Parks, talking about  the Te Whau Pathway project, a 12km walking/cycling path, as well as 3km of connector paths, linking the Waitemata and Manukau harbours from Te Atatu Penisula to Green Bay. It is homage to the portage of yesteryear when waka were carried from one harbour to another.
